1. All prices are in USD, all lessons are 50 mins per session.
2. There is no refund for lesson packages purchased online.
3. All students must follow and adhere to the studio policy rules.
4. All students must get in contact with the teacher and make an appointment for their initial lesson and have their schedule confirmed.
5. Lesson packages are not transferable or exchangeable under any circumstances.
6. In case of rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather conditions or medical emergency, one-time rescheduling will be granted and one make-up lesson shall be granted.
7. If a student fails to come to the lesson on their scheduled time and date, the lesson will be considered as canceled and will not be rescheduled nor refunded.
8. General Terms & Conditions also apply to all online lessons. Please check the studio policy as well as other terms & conditions listed.
9. Gift certificates are not refundable, and not transferable. All gift certificates that were purchased online and given as a gift for someone must be validated by the studio teacher before usage and must be used by the given date. Gift certificate amounts are in USD, and will not be exchanged for canadian currency. Gift certificates can be used for any type of lesson including in-person lessons at the teacher’s studio.
